How long does shipping take? - We ship Monday thru Saturday via USPS. Usually orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours. Often we ship the same day the order is received, whenever possible. Exceptions are postal holidays and such other times which will be posted on the ordering page. Priority Mail typically delivers packages in 2-3 working days. Parcel Post can take up to twelve working days. International Surface mail packages arrive in six to twelve weeks depending on destination. International Air Mail generally takes two weeks or less. Certain countries have slower mail systems than others. Consult your local postal authorities for more information.

What is your return policy? - If you are not satisfied with your purchase from WEP for any reason, simply return it postpaid within 10 days of receipt in as-delivered condition for refund or exchange. WEP will refund your return postage if we have made an error. Credit card orders will be refunded to the same credit card used for the purchase. Orders paid with check or money order will be refunded by company check.

How are clothing sizes determined? - We try to post the marked Euro size as well as the nearest measured US equivalent. If you know your Euro size in a particular item, great. Simply order that size. If you do not know your euro sizes, that's OK too. Just measure the waistband (circumference or diameter times two) and inseam length of your favorite pants to determine what size you need. For shirts, coats and jackets, lay your favorite shirt out flat and measure the distance across the chest at the bottom of the sleeve and multiply times two. This is the chest size of a shirt, coat or jacket that will fit you comfortably. Sleeve length is simply the length of the sleeve from upper seam to cuff. Hat size is best determined by measuring around your head with a flexible measuring tape. If you don't have a suitable measuring tape, use a piece of string and then measure the string to the nearest 1/8 in or nearest cm. It is more accurate to measure your favorite clothes rather than to use the marked sizes. If you check the clothes in your closet, you will probably be surprised how often the marked sizes differ from the actual measurements.

Why are the sizes so small in European military clothing? - We don't know exactly why. Our items are genuine military surplus except where stated, and as with all military surplus, it means that the military didn't need it anymore or had too much of a particular thing. We offer what we can source at a good price and pass the savings on to our customers.

Do you ever get larger sizes in the European military clothing items? -Sometimes--if you are looking for a larger size, call or email and we'll put you on our waiting list.

Can I order something with faster delivery than Priority Mail? -We can ship Express Mail (2 day guaranteed service from Poplarville) for extra charge. If it's critically important, we can also ship FedEx using your FedEx account number or for our actual incurred cost. Our local drop box pick-up time is 1pm CST. The nearest FedEx office that will accept packages is a 70-mile round trip, so if it won't fit in the local FedEx drop box, or if it can't wait till the next day for a scheduled pick-up, additional mileage charges apply. We also have access to UPS shippping thru a local UPS reseller agent for additional cost. Please call to arrange any expedited shipping. We'll try to work with you the best we can.

What does used, good or used, very good condition mean? -We conservatively estimate the condition of our used military surplus merchandise. Items wear with use and fade from laundering. Many of our surplus items have small, expertly done repairs made by the military. All items we offer are completely functional and usable, except where so stated. Used, good condition means that the item is estimated to be 70% or better of its new condition and might have several repairs. Used, very good is a cut above the ordinary with 85% or better of its original condition intact and minimal or no repairs. Items in lesser conditon we will so state in the item descriptions on a case-by-case basis. We always ship the best item in stock at any given time, so order early for best condition.

Do you ship COD? - Not at this time.

Do you have a wholesale price list? -Not at this time. We try to keep our overhead low and prices as low as possible for everyone. Sometimes we can offer a small group discount on bulk orders of select in-stock items. If your scout group, paintball group, reenactment unit or theatre/movie company can order all at once and ship to the same address, this will definitely save on postage.

Will I have to pay any customs duties for an international order? -Customs duties are assesed by and payable to your local government. Rates vary for different items. Check with your local post office or customs office for more information. All international packages will be accurately declared for content and value.
